Good to know
Do I need to be home while you clean?
Not at all. Lots of our customers leave a key or a key-safe code. If you'd rather be in, that's fine too — we'll work around you (and your pets!).
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes — everything is included. If you have a favourite product or anything you'd like us to avoid (allergies, delicate surfaces), just let us know.
Are you insured?
Yes, we're fully insured, and every cleaner is vetted and trained before they ever step into your home.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back to put it right, free of charge. For end of tenancy cleans we'll re-clean anything your agent flags within 72 hours.
How much notice do you need?
We usually have slots available the same week, and can often help with last-minute and same-day bookings — especially for Airbnb turnovers.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Of course. Just give us 48 hours' notice and there's no charge. Bee Club members can pause their regular clean any time.
